Toolbox talk acknowledgements are collected, but HR records are not e-signed on this plan.

One revision is included. Further changes and new custom documents carry a fee.

Most crews of six or more move up to Professional
Professional adds a hazard assessment document, an incident reporting process, inspection checklists, digital signatures and two free custom documents a year for $150 more a month.

Why is checkout CA$103.95 when the plan is $99?+
GST. Every price on this page is quoted before tax — $99 plus 5% GST is CA$103.95 a month.
Who counts toward the 10 workers?+
Everyone on the list, owners included. Subcontractors carrying their own WCB coverage do not count against your total.
Can I upgrade mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrade any time and we prorate the difference. Your records, worker list and certificate history carry over — nothing is rebuilt.
Is this enough if a prime contractor asks for our safety program?+
For a small single-site crew doing lower-risk work, usually. If the general is asking for hazard assessments, inspection records or COR paperwork, you want Professional or Enterprise.
What does a custom document cost on this plan?+
From $250 each. Professional includes two a year, Enterprise includes six.
What if I cancel?+
Month to month, cancel any time. You can export your documents and records before your access ends.
