What actually happens during a WorkSafeBC audit?+
An officer asks for evidence: toolbox talk records, hazard assessments, training certificates, incident reports, inspection checklists. Everything we run for you is stored in that form and can be exported as one package. On Enterprise and Custom plans a CSO supports you through the inspection directly.
Can I switch plans as I grow?+
Yes, any time. Plans are month to month and tied to headcount bands — 10, 25, 40, or unlimited on Custom. Move up when you hire, move down when the season ends. No lock-in contract.
What's included versus what costs extra?+
Your monthly fee covers the platform, your plan's toolbox talks, the document library, tracking, dashboard and support. Custom documents beyond your plan's free allowance start at $250 each. Starter includes no free custom documents; Professional includes 2 per year and Enterprise 6. GST applies to all prices.
How long does setup take?+
