No dedicated CSO support

No monthly compliance reviews
Nobody walks the file with you on a schedule. You watch the dashboard yourself.
No audit preparation support
If an inspection or a COR audit is coming, Enterprise is the plan that assembles the package with you.
No advanced reporting or supervisor support
Reporting is standard, and supervisors get access but not coaching.
No phone support
Priority email only. Chat and phone start on Enterprise.
Extra custom documents are quoted, not fixed

GST. Every price on this page is quoted before tax — $249 plus 5% GST is CA$261.45 a month.
What makes the hazard assessment different from a template?+
We go through the work you actually do — scopes, equipment, site conditions — and write the document from that. An inspector can tell the difference.
Who signs the toolbox talks?+
Whoever is on shift. The talk goes to crew phones, they sign before work starts, and the record is filed against the site and date automatically.
We have 28 workers. Can we stay on Professional?+
Slightly over is fine and we will tell you honestly when it stops working. Past thirty, document volume and supervisor access make Enterprise the cheaper option in practice.
What do extra custom documents cost?+
Two are included each year. Beyond that they are quoted separately, because scope varies. On Enterprise, extras are a flat $200 each.
How many HR revisions are included?+
Two. Starter includes one and Enterprise includes four. New documents are quoted separately on any plan.
