What you get

What's included in Enterprise

Everything in Professional, plus a person who is accountable for your compliance file.

Employee management — up to 40 workers

Owners included, across as many sites and divisions as you run.

4 monthly toolbox talks & worker acknowledgements

A talk a week, matched to the season, the site and what went wrong last month.

6 free custom safety documents per year

Additional custom documents $200 each — a flat rate, not a quote.

2 hazard assessment (FLHA) documents

Cover two distinct scopes or divisions — service and construction, shop and field.

2 incident & near miss reporting documents

Separate reporting processes where crews and hazards genuinely differ.

HR forms & employee records

Four revisions included. New documents quoted separately.

Dedicated CSO support

A named Chief Safety Officer on your account who knows your sites and your history.

Monthly compliance reviews

A scheduled call through your file: expiries, outstanding acknowledgements, open incidents, what to fix first.

Audit preparation support

When an inspection is coming — or already happening — your CSO assembles the document package with you.

Advanced reporting

Reporting by site, division and supervisor, not one number for the whole company.

Supervisor support

Direct coaching for the people actually running your crews.

Priority chat & phone support

A person on the phone during business hours when something happens on site.

Billed CA$523.95 a month with GST. Custom documents beyond the six included are $200 each.
Straight answers

What Enterprise is not

Enterprise is the top standard plan. There are still things it is not, and we would rather say so now.

Not a site safety supervisor

Your CSO builds and reviews the program. They are not on your site daily running it — that is your supervisor.

No legal representation at appeal hearings

We prepare the file and the evidence. Representation at a WCB appeal hearing is legal work, scoped separately.

We are not a COR certifying registrar

We prepare you for a COR audit and sit through it with you. The certifying partner is still the certifying partner.

Custom documents are capped at 6 a year

Beyond six they are $200 each, or rolled into a Custom scope.

No 24/7 emergency line

Chat and phone are business hours. Round-the-clock coverage is a Custom arrangement.

Not for operations over 40 workers

Owners included. Multi-province or multi-site operations past forty need scoping — talk to us about Custom.

Over forty workers, multiple provinces, or a client demanding a bespoke program? That is Custom — start with a consultation.

Who Enterprise is for

If two of the three below describe your operation, this is the right plan. If none of them do, the table further down will point you at the right one.

Crew size
25–40 workers

Several supervisors running crews across more than one site, with an admin or HR person coordinating.

Industry
Higher-risk and audited trades

Roofing, mechanical, civil, industrial cleaning, structural work and prime-contractor-facing operations.

Risk level
High or scrutinised

COR requirements, a claims history worth defending, or general contractors auditing your program before award.

First week

How onboarding works

Five days from subscribing to a running program, starting with the person who will own your file.

Day 1

CSO assignment & intake

You meet your named Chief Safety Officer. Ninety minutes on your operation, sites, claims history and audit exposure.

Day 2

File review & baseline

Your CSO reviews existing documents, claims and certificates, then gives you a written gap list in priority order.

Day 3

Dashboard, sites & supervisors

Sites and divisions built out, supervisors given access, reporting scoped to who runs what.

Day 4

Documents drafted

Both hazard assessment documents and both incident processes drafted from your real scopes.

Day 5

Program live & review booked

Talks scheduled, reporting on, gap list underway, and your first monthly compliance review in the calendar.

Questions about Enterprise

Frequently asked

Why is checkout CA$523.95 when the plan is $499?

GST. Every price on this page is quoted before tax — $499 plus 5% GST is CA$523.95 a month.

How much time do I get with my CSO?

A scheduled monthly review plus business-hours chat and phone access. When an inspection or serious incident lands, that becomes as much time as it takes.

What does audit preparation actually involve?

Your CSO tells you what will be asked for, assembles the document package, walks the gaps with you, and sits in on the audit or inspection with you.

Can the two hazard assessments cover different divisions?

Yes. That is what they are for — service versus construction, shop versus field, or two trades under one company.

What do extra custom documents cost?

Six are included each year. Beyond that, $200 each — cheaper than the $250 Starter rate and fixed, unlike Professional quotes.

Is there a contract?

No. Enterprise is month to month like every standard plan. Custom agreements have terms; this one does not.
